Meet and greet for local community members ended with an excellent turnout and great enthusiasm for the future of the Dorothy D. Allen Community Center.

Kenyatta Johnson conducted a ceremonial street renaming in honor of Dorothy D. Allen. The 1300 block of 24th Street in South Philadelphia will be known as “Dorothy D. Allen Way.”
